Entertainment doesn't really define an accomplishment; unless making people wonder when/where/how you'd finally bite the dust is a form of accomplishment.
Like mentioned before, he lost his entertainment value the moment he stepped into the ring with his infant. Before that, I'd have the "ooo, I wonder if he'll get eaten this time!" After that, it was more of a "if he doesn't get eaten, I'm hoping someone shoots him at least" mentality.
The fact that his death is loaded with irony is bittersweet. While his family may mourn him, I wouldn't be surprised if his wife wipes the sweat off of her forehead in releif.

he has done more then be on tv and entertainment. he has dealt huge blows to the illegal animal trade. that was the whoal point of his show to help give awareness about animals. he has made governments start to change policies about wildlife for the better.
now the fact that he had done this stuff his entire life would mean he knows more about these animals then you. thus you have no right to question anything he has done.
what you dont know is that the police investigated him after the baby and croc incident and found that his kids where never in any harm and that they happen to be the happyest famly they have ever seen. so any attempt you try to make saying hes a bad father is moot.
what you must remember is his entire life was with these animals. i wont be surprised if his children follow in his footsteps and thier children follow thiers. and yet again his 8 y/o girl prolly has more balls then you.
