I'm having a hard time deciphering whether I'm being called the short bus kid or if PsiChi is referring to herself. Mostly because I think my routine is more **** and fart. Pee and fart is just beneath me, frankly.

I do it only if I know that the woman is the type to understand that flavour of sarcastic charm from me.

It's all about the circumstances.

In certain circles it's expected, while in others it can be an effective, flambouyant gesture if the timing is right. The trick is not to trap your sword in the hem of your cape or the effect is lost. (Flatulence can harm the moment too, unless the girl is from Essex, in which case it's expected.)

And technically you have to be English (as opposed to a hairy-***** Scot, Taffy or Mick) to deliver a hand-kiss in a way that gets their panties drenched, or you just come across as a pretentious cUnt.

On the other hand, as your American Gurlies seem to like the taste of an Englishman's tonsils, I find sticking my tongue down their throat as effective and entrée as any.
