I had read that the samples were determined not to be sperm.
An article here
Quote:
Two spots of male DNA - one sample more substantial than the other - were comingled with JonBenet's blood in her flowered underwear.

The stronger of the two samples has been entered in a national data base. Investigators hope to check Karr's DNA against the Ramsey case sample.

A match would appear to cement the state's case against Karr. But a failure to match might not necessarily clear him.

Several investigators - including forensic expert Dr. Henry Lee - are not convinced the DNA found in JonBenet's underwear is that of the killer.

Where does it say that it is not sperm??

Guess they’ll be sending him back to CA. Child **** charges were from Sonoma if I remember correctly. Maybe he'll "accidentally" get released into the general population in jail, and save us the cost of a trial.

I'm not sure he could even be proven to have not been there, apparently, since the auhorities were convinced of his story enough to fly him across the ocean to attempt prosecution.

That's the problem though. He actually didn't. This is another case of the Media frenzy reporting on rummors and suspicion and no one actually going back and checking the facts. His "confession" consisted of some ramblings about how he was "with her", and such. The one transcript I have read was one of those things that if you were looking for someone who was involved in the killing, you *might* think he was involved, but if you stopped and looked at it objectively, you'd come to the more logical conclusion that this guy fixates on and fantasizes about little girls he's seen on TV a lot. He's not talking about what he actually did to her. He's talking about what he's imagined about her in her head *after* he saw her on TV.

He's "with her" in his mind. "No one can stop him" in his mind. She loves him in his mind. She'll "always be with him" in his mind.

He's a nutball, that's for sure. He's either emerging as a pedophile and these ramblings are his way of stopping himself, or he's maybe already molested a child or two (but not much more). But it's very very unlikely that he actually had anything to do with her death. People like that tend to be progressive. He's at too early of a stage in the development of his disease (if you want to call it that). Someone who was far enough into pedophilia to have done this 10 years ago and apparently gotten away with it, does not regress into ramblings and revelations to other people. They get better at hiding it, not worse. The guys who do the sort of things Karr's doing are those who are gradually realizing that their obsession with children is "wrong", and are on the cusp of deciding whether to "go for it", or not. Everything in his life so far fits that of a developing pedophile, not one that's been 10 years past his first murder.

He I am already looking googling all I can about certain unsolved crimes in Europe so that I can get a free trip Business class. Oh YEAH!!!!!

It is the only way to travel.

As for Karr just have him looked up in an institution for life as he will do something sooner or later.

I still can't get over how creepy he looks. The hair, the face the shirts, they just SCREAM kid toucher.

It takes a pretty sick person to come forward and confess to killing/kidnapping/molesting a 6 year old; to feed his own distorted reality where he thinks (wants) to have done it or just really wanted the attention.

The media keeps calling him a nut case. Let's see. Before he "confessed" he was facing charges in Thailand and looking at several years in a Thai prison. After he "confesses" he gets a free first class plane ride back to the U.S., quick release from suspicion in the murder and faces at most a couple months in a cozy California jail before walking free. Crazy like a fox.

And what do you think would have happened to him in a Thai jail? He traded years of that for just a couple months. Besides, I have a feeling he would actually like that treatment.

They were saying on the radio this morning that his punishment for the charges in Thailand would actually have been to lop off his teeny weeny and then shoot him in the head. Were they serious? Send him back!! That would make up for 10 flights over here.

Scariest was how high he wore his fecking trousers.

People that use their trousers as a bra must be pedos. Or serial killers.

Castrate him anyway, just in case. Better be safe than sorry.
