The manufacturers say that the side effects are rare. But I can tell you that after being with one of my friends who took it. It's definitely unpleasant. She experienced A LOT nausea and vomiting and had the worse headache in her life. She also had a little bit of bleeding which kind of freaked us out so we went to the hospital to have her checked. She told me that she would never take that pill again.
