I assumed we'd been beta-testing the Zam.com over on the EQII boards for awhile now. I'm seeing mucho progress.
Not a bad idea! I need someone to draw me up a baby holding gilz.
I think I managed to at least slow them down significantly. I figured out finally that they created a huge backlog of about 40 or so user accounts all at once in the same range, and they were rotating through them as we banned the spamming ones. I think they had them preprogrammed in scripts. They are experiancing difficulties using those accounts now for reasons I don't wish to specify in case they happen to look in here.

If you want to know what I've been doing, a rather large part of it is writing detection scripts so we can try and catch these spammer ******** faster.
It is working, even if you can't tell, without some of these, it would have been way worse
the main other thing I've been working on is massive admin script backend changes, which users won't even see... how sad =(
