Here's something more interesting to read. Don't worry, it's about a fellow geek.

This guy browsing around on Google Earth found what appeared to be a military installation in China that was an exact replica of a disputed border. Were the Chinese getting ready to start a war?

The resulting brouhaha (and really, I don't get to use that word enough) inspired him to start a blog about the experience. He's pretty amusing, in a geeky, bemused way.

I read about a guy who discovered a previously unknown ancient Roman villa beneath his neigborhood from looking at Google Earth.

neat stuff.

I think he just said it could have been used to feed her. In reality, that could have been a positive (in the case in which his daughter, as so many Americans, is overweight).

I found it charming, personally. He's just some guy with a droll sense of humor and an oddball blog about Google Earth, his neighbors, and his daughter's obsession with getting a pony.
