One post to rule them all.
One post to find them.
One post to bring them all.
And in the Asylum bind them.

Ok, so curiosity (and the blatent opertunity to slip in a tolkein quote) compells me to ask. What, in your entire allakhazam posting career, do you consider to be your "best" post. I realize that is somewhat vague. I'm looking for that post, be it a topic starter or a reply, that you feel was your best work, or that captures the essance of you in forum form. Links are preffered, but if it is lost and gone forever on UBB, or you can't find it, describe it to us. If you can't pick one, a couple choices is ok too.

Me? I think one of my story threads might be some of my best work. Maybe the mystery I started with all asylum cast members. I should revive that someday. So how about it, What's yours?

I said something funny this one time. I'm pretty sure that people laughed. I'll go with that.

With me, it would be hard to say. I have had a bit over 4000 good ones, and about half of those have been great.

Out of the great ones, more than a third of those have been fantastic.

Being one of the less prolific posters, my best work is easy to recall; it was a series of limericks lampooning some of the forum regulars.

Without a doubt, no question about it, absolutely no dissension is warranted, my best post was the creation of Last(tm), the Game. A master stroke of pure-D genius I might add. For such a literary achievement I should be placed in that pantheon of heroes that include Longfellow, Shakespeare, Twain, and Aristotle.

Speaking of old posts, I got rid of the fast_uposts.html since that was obsolete, and gave uposts.html a mode that went backwards like fast_uposts used to. I also made the listing of pages actually end when it should!

I thought it was all about quantity, not quality. Though I'm sure I still couldn't make a worthwhile post anyways.

One of these days you should make it so the rest of the admins can make admin notes in there too. That would be useful.

Well, I agree with the second part of your statement at least. As for the first part, you must have me confused with someone else.

My best post in my tenure at the Asylum is wickedly simple, yet undeniably powerful, and will reach across the generations to touch the lives of those yet to come, as well as those already gone. Yeah, it's that cool.

Several times, I wrote:
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

When I finally stop posting here, the only thing that I'll be remembered for is my constant state of inebriation.

I dunno. I think I just might love platypi more. Maybe the new avatar trend should be nostalgia.
