The way I read it, it says that officials will take the top 3 names and vote for which one goes through. Kind of a good way to filter out such things as "Chuck N0rr1s" and "Never Going to Happen" bridges.

I saw an ad with good ol' Chucky this morning. Apparently he has a foundation whose purpose is to get Bible study in public schools.
