Not-so obvious ones:

- Castrol 'R' 2-stroke Oil at the race track

- Cigars at Christmas

- A candle that's been blown out (as opposed to snuffed)

- Orange Blossom in the orchards near Valencia

- My espresso machine in the morning

- A dog drying by the fire

- DF's perfume Smiley: inlove

- Recently fired shotgun cartridges (cordite ftw)

Over to you

Sandlewood and Cordite (good band name)

leaving out any common or obvious ones:

Rotting leaves after spring thaw

***** trees* (*not sure waht it's name is.. everyone I know says the smell s deplorable, but I like it; kind of an earthy mix of ginger and sandalwood actually.. and quite potent)

Nag Champa

sometimes Petrol

sometimes a freshly lit match

Sweaty people wearing clothing washed with Tide detergent

Morning frost

Red Bull breath

Cured Tobacco

Raw Leather on hot day

No.2 Pencils (not sure about those others)

Other than the obvious ones,

Victoria's Secret Love Spell body spray.

Wife wore that a bit when we first started dating... and you know how things are when you first start dating. ;)

Good memories.

Now I smell it on younger girls and get urges...

kelvy reminded me: charcoal pencils...specifically, the smell when it's rubbed on your fingers from lots of blending, hehe.

I know someone is going to fix that, but it's boring and old.
