On top of severe thunderstorm warnings through tonight! Should be an interesting weekend.

So what plans do you all have for the weekend? My parents are meeting my future in-laws for the first time Saturday. On top of that the Mrs. came up with the great idea to spend a couple hours on the beach. 91°+ heat and 100% humidity on a beach...I feel faint right now...

I should put my foot down and demand a day of Video Games in the 65° basement and sporadic nookie sessions. Then again staring at her on the beach glistening in a nice two piece gets me happy in pants.

What to do.

Stay in the basement playing games with her whilst donning her 2 piece. Or naked.

The last thing I want to picture is Elderon playing video games in his basement wearing a two piece.

Me? I'm on babysitting duty this weeknd. I'm going to try to find a discrete place to breastfeed.

Yes. When it comes to hairy biker types, I prefer to see some skin.

We've done that plenty of times, I call it "Our day at the beach" but just something about her lying next to me in the hot sun, sweating and all disheveled (like morning cuteness) really gets the blood goin.

severe TS watch until 9pm for us oday. As for this weekend I have a baby shower to attend for my 17 yr old niece. I have no pity for this one, seeing as she grew up watching the effects of unwed teen pregnancies ( that grow rampant on my husbands side of the family for some reason) and out of everyone I know, knew better. I find myself feeling a tad malicious, and may possibly break out into some horror labor stories. One of my friends just had a C section last Sat and the Dr accidentally cut her bladder. She has to wear a painful catheter until Monday. I may start out with that one.

<evil grin>

yeah shes not too happy. Can you imagine a catheter you have to carry around, along with a screaming newborn and you have to wake up every hour on the hour to pee because your bladder isnt allowed to get full? That right there screams that regular childbirth if an option, is the way for me.

Lets hope she doesn't get confused and breast feed the catheter bag.

I'm going to watch Joph's mom re-make our house á la "Trading Spaces" while furiously trying to translate a 50-page doc in two days.

That sounds a lot like my weather, not surprising since I'm probably only about 30 miles away. It almost made 90 before the storms rolled in.

A friend got me some work this weekend! It's promoting some sports drink in a booth at a CostCo. The first real work I've done in seven months, so I'm pretty happy.

Thats along lines with the work I did for 4+ years. First promotions for a Radio Station and second for Miller Lite. Its actually fun talking with people and internally disecting their day to day lives. Will they be going home to some hot ***** of a wife or a bunch of cats? Sell the product obviously but try ever so slightly to pry into their private lives.

Finish up some school assignments and exams for what is I hope to be my last degree. Next week is one final and then I am done. Smiley: yippee

Watch the hubby and kids play some video games while I'm trying to groom my fat cats.

No thunderstorms expected for my area. Just heat and more heat. It's supposed to be only 99 or 100 degrees tomorrow so I guess that's a blessing.

As a militant anti-social and recluse, I doubt I'll have much of a future in promos and sales, but it makes a nice weekend job for the pathetically unemployed.

I would die almost instantly. I have no doubt that I would burst into flame like a vampire in the sun as soon as I stepped outside.

wow 104,109° Looks like I have no room to complain.

Beach got the big keebash today. Had to clean up the house for the folks to visit. De-furring my entire house wasn't bad compared to the heat outside. We have had our 105°+ days but the humidity really made it rough. Supposed to hit 100° Tuesday, still 100% humidity and no storms in the immediate future to break it.

Tomorrow might be a day of lounging in the front yard sipping some ice cold Pacificos and Maragaritas. Occasional dip in the sprinkler of course. Class +1.
