it is in Israels best interest to push this as far and hard as possible.
hopefully, it will split the people of lebonon into factions opposed to and in support of hezbola. then give Syeria an opening to step up against the hostilities without showing support for Israel by giving them another faction of lebonon to support instead.
the more they can divide lebonon, the less of a threat Hezbola will be. divide and conqure.
they should push as hard and fast as they possibly can before hezbola has a chance to start backpeddeling and gain sympathy from muslims in the reagon as being the peace seakers oppressed by the Israeli deamons.
its a good move.
its a gutsy move ill say that much. yes military wise it can be a good move, but if Syria or Iran step in, things will get very ugly lvery fast and we will have the grounds for WWIII on our hands with nukes and all. thank you NK, and Iran for that mess, and thank you France for helping out Iran in their actions... bloody french.
sorry off topic there for a bit.
Syria will never show support for Israel, but might be forced to show OPEN support for Hezbullah, and that would be great as it will justify Israel's claims and actions to the rest of the world. If Syria does not show its support for Hezbullah, then there is a chance, all be it a small one, that Hezbullah will be shown as the terrorist they are.
scary no matter how you look at it.
