finally summer time decided to hit us upside the head with three days of constant 93 degrees. We dont have AC so we have the fans running in the house, blowing hot air all around. I dont mind it so much during the day but its hard to sleep at night.
However....

beach days FTW!!!! while you all work Ive been lounging at the lake, actually getting a (slight) tan!

course we're supposed to get massive thunder storms tonight and drop the temp back down to the high 60's tomorrow :/

hmm, not sure what you are ******** about. my house was about that price, but my business just paid $500 for only 1500sq/ft builting for electric...

My bill is rarely over $150 in the summer. My neighbor 2 doors down with the exact same floor plan as me is also under $150 most of the time. Nearly double the normal is enough to get my attention.

yes i can understand. my school seldom hit 300, so for it to be just shy of 500, was not pleasent to deal with, but it is my first summer in this new location.

With all the 95+ weather we've had here the past few days, we went over to a friend's house last night to go swimming. By the time we got in the pool though, it was 10pm and the temperature had dropped to about 80. It started raining about 10 minutes after getting in...watching all the heat lightning was cool, though.
