I know that most of the people that post here play WoW...so I thought that you guys might get a kick out of this. I know I did.

That was hysterical! My wife and I had a good laugh at that - she's still playing WoW and I pop into WoW now and then but I mainly play EQ2.
I'm looking forward to Vanguard - but it looks like they are revamping a lot of stuff so it most likely won't be released until Jan '07 or so.

I couldn't suspend disbelief enough to find it funny. The coincidence is a little too hard to swallow. As it is, it just comes off as a teenager bragging about how big and bad he is.

Yeah, I heard people in beta were just not playing it in it's current state as it was incredibly boring. I'm hoping I'll be able to get into open beta at least to see if it's worth getting. If not, I'll stick with EQ2 until something better comes along.
I may check out Eve Online at some point - I've been neglecting my sci-fi jones lately...
