If I remember right, Peter Coors also advocated at one time lowering the age of drinking to 18.

I think you mean "iconic". Unless you're talking about the fact that a Canadian is being invoked in a thread about drunken driving, which is more along the lines of "inevitable".

Sadly, during the 4 years I was in high school two different teachers in charge of the SADD program were arrested for DUI. Just another reason why I moved the fuck out of that podunk town the first chance I got.
