I've mentioned here before that I'm a fan of Parkour (Google it - sometimes called "Free Running")
The guy credited with creating this urban combination of gymnastics and stunts is David Bell along with his friend Sebastien Foucan. I've seen heaps of videos but none compete with these two Parisiens. until now.
This "tracers.ru" clan are credited as Russian, (Actually Latvian; their russian nicknames are Ogre, John and Port), but these Free Runners are outstanding.
The video has a few crappy arty bits in the middle but some outstanding feats.

I used to do that stuff, but I ****** up my knees pretty bad when I screwed up a flip.
Ankles and lungs are on fire just from watching.
I bet the cutting room floor has several examples of natural selection at work. They could have shot this and Faces of Death 27 at the same time.

Isn't David Bell the guy who invented the telephone?
No just kidding I know it's Graham Bell.
But isn't David Bell the guy who has one of the main roles in "Banlieue 13". The film has some nice action, but the story's well, euhm, crap?. But some parkour scenes that aren't that bad. One more thing, how can these guys do all that crazy yamakasi sh*t without blowing their knees? I mean, they jump from like what, 6 meters!?

My friend can jump of a 3 story parking garage with no injuries, I blew my knee doing a simple front flip. Falling is easy when you know what your doing and you know where your going is clear, you land somewhere wet or with gravel and it doesnt matter if you fell from 3 ft you can get messed up.

Hoy crap, I broke a knee and sprained my wrist just watching that. 
We have something like this in the States, too. We call it "running from the cops". The German ShepheUrd that appears halfway indicates that this is, in fact, the case.
