I have one of the video iPods and I have a few TV shows on there (Battlestar Galactica and Monk mostly) that I watch when I'm on the treadmill or bike at the gym. But I need some new shows to watch. Which ones would you guys recommend? Looking more for some upbeat, funny, action stuff.

Seasons one and two of Scrubs.
If you like Monk, have you seen the new show Psych? I missed most of the first episode, but it looks similar to Monk in style and format, with the obvious change in main character.
I would recommend BookTV. It's addictive - and after a few you always have something to say on virtually any topic.

Firefly is good for some action as well as some chuckles during the show. Still one of my favorite shows.
I recently got hooked onto the 4400 on USA. If you like Lost you will probably like this as well.
