Do these numbers carry over from the old version - pre-Asylum days when were on the OOT? Just curious.

This is interesting, was just browsing around looking at some of the other old timers:

Smasharoo - 64970 - sounds right

Patrician - 27946 - sounds right

Tacosid - 115289 - sounds right

Goalkeeper - 274619 - sounds right

Aadynn - 184321 - sounds right

AegisGoatfooker - 227731 - Formerly Aegisfang Battlehammer - sounds right

MoebiusLord - 220856 - sounds right

Totem - 2076 - Is this correct? - Nevermind, he had a different account name long, long ago, in a nerd galaxy far, far away... Smiley: tongue

The change from OOT to asylum didn't affect the user numbers. Those were generated when the new boards were created from the old ubb boards, and were populated from registration orders from those boards. Loooong before the asylum was created.

Oh. 1286 beotches...

Thanks Gbaji - I was going to include you in my edited old timers list, but I couldn't find one of your posts.

Danalog has us all beat though, except illia and allakhazam. and gbaji.

Edit: Also yes, Totem's is correct, though his account used to go by a different handle.

The numbers go back to the origional item and mob comment database which existed concurrently with the UBB forums. the UBB numbers did not carry over, and in fact even the origional UBB numbers are not accurate because they changed after each version upgrade, and sometimes for some people after the accounts died during major ubb crashes. Totem's number for exam-ple, I know he used to have a lot of stuff in his journal under his old name, which I cannot currently remember.

Right! I actually forgot about that. I have two passwords listed for Alla's. One is the old ubb one, the other is the "Illia" password, and was for the system that started as the beastiary and expanded to include all items and quests and such. That's the password that connects to the current accounts, and the order in which you registered for that account determines your number.

Just curious. Are there any non-admins still active that have numbers lower then me?
