Why does it not suprise me that any secretary Varass would hire (not that I believe for a minute he doesn't work for McDonald's as a cook) couldn't do the job. Probably hired her, in his imagination, for her ability to bend over.

All that costs money. So when I don't have the right people working for me they end up costing me money on the work they're not doing and the cost of getting someone else to replace them. That means less money for me. And I like being able to save money and invest in different properties. Sub-contract the work out to my brother; who frames, tiles, roofs, paints, just about everything except electric or plumbing and I make a killing. Last year I bought a house for 100k and turned around and sold it in 12 months, after the improvements, for 170. But because I'm having to hire new people now i'm going to have to hold off on another project to get some more people in the agency.
