One behavior that tends to happen is that pages with simple URLS (forum=4) tend to get cached by a proxy, but specific ones (http://www.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=4;mid=1152195468176319178;num=25;page=1;post=1;replyto=1152207273141827976) don't, so you tend to get ads only on simple/main pages. Try loading a stylesheet that nobody uses (eqoa or whatever), and see if you don't get any ads on that. One way around some proxies (and the reason we have ?1 on the end of lots of URLs) is to add a ?something or ;something on the end of it. It's not really useable in the long run to retype pages, but it's one way to find out.

Also, the proxy server you're using might be shown in IE/firefox/whatever preferenecs.
