That reminds me, I have a 3 scoop Banana split in the freezer from last night. Coffee Ice Cream, Birthday Cake Ice Cream and PB Chocolate Ice Cream.

Crushed Twix, Butterfinger and Heath toppings layered with whip cream and 1 of 2 cherries left.

I'll send ya whats left after tonight.

Beyond hot right now. One of the houses down the street had their sprinklers going earlier. Made me want to run around their yard and try to cool down.

We had a little mini heat wave last week. It's cooler in the city now, but inland I guess it's still pretty sizzling.

The nice thing is that in order to discourage people from driving, thus adding to the degraded air quality due to the weather inversion, all public transportation is free.

Try re-shingling a garage roof in that weather. Smiley: glare

Okay, not 100 in the shade. But a solid 85 anyway.

We've been remarkably cool here. Last night was beautiful, 75°. We sat on our back patio and just enjoyed the breeze.

Barkingturtle could attest to the usually nasty heat and humidity we have here.

On the upside it makes hot, sweaty sex hotter and sweatier!

What do you mean those weren't euphemisms?

This is California, it's - I don't know - 70 something degrees like it always is.

Suck it.

It is raining here. Very, very unusual. Fairly hot weekend altogether: we took advantage of it to reseal the asphalt driveway. My tiny family (me, mrs. yoyo and our six month old baby) are moving about 40 miles to be closer to my place of employment. Trading one US$600,000 house for another (yes, prices here are insane - all homes involved are rather modest). Our old place is nearly ready to be put on the market.

Heh, depends largely on where you live... I live in Cali too and it is going to be 108 today. Well according to the forcast, we'll see what it actually gets to, but it is already close to 100 outside on my back patio. (which isn't in direct sun)

Nice and temperate here over the weekend. I almost washed the car, but we had nasty thunderstorms last night.
It was oh so romantic!

It's been 70 here all day, breezy, mostly overcast. Very comfortable.

I live near the ocean, or near enough anyway to make no difference. You morans who live in Bakersfield or Riverside or wherever need to break away and form your own state of stupidity.
