Well, I sure hope it's the Oilers. They have earned it this year!

Go Oil!

I heart you, Pronger.

O-I-L

EDIT: I just want to add that if you only watch one game of hockey a year then this is the one to watch. Win or lose, it'll be a dandy.

The last 10 minutes of that period was rough. Watching Carolina pass was just painful. Of course the fact that Edmonton couldnt monopolize on it is promising.

The first 10 was great, the last 10 was blah. So who knows?

I don't hate Canada I just dislike the cess pit that is edmonton. I also would love to see the 'used to be' Hartford Whalers bring it home. Either way edmonton or canes its win/win.

It's all over. Canes scored on the empty net. 3-1, that's all she wrote.

Yeah, going with the favourite instead of the underdogs from your own country is very noble. You should pat yourself on the back some more for that one. Smiley: rolleyes

You know why I was not in favour of Edmonton?

Because they were arrogant sh'its who thought it was their game to lose. Even when they came back and rallied to game seven they started acting the exact same way again. Like they were entitled to the cup.

The Canes were quiet, determined, stoic and played solid hockey. The Canes were more Canadian than Edmonton could ever hope to be.
