To cut, or not to cutFollow

#77 Jun 15 2006 at 4:03 PM Rating: Decent
I've never seen an uncircumsized one. I dunno Mr.Katie's stance on circumcision but I'd do it just so I dont have to worry wether or not its going to get infected if its not cleaned well enough. I can see telling a child, "Dont forget to wash behind your ears", but I dont know if I could tell them to make certain they get their flap clean.

Frankly, that is a ******* disgrace. You disgust me. Cutting part of your child’s body off at birth when they will have no recollection is one thing. Waiting until the are old enough to make their own decision is another.

Your sick twisted middle-ground is abhorrent.

Thanks, I just came in my pants a little bit.

My brother had to have a circumcision when he was 4 or 5 because of the kind of condition they described, so it's not made up.

Oldest one was born in the Philippines and the circumcisions wouldn't be done then. He did not get to the States until he was almost 3. Then his mother was pregnant with his younger brother and she had fuc[azure][/azure]king Stage 3 cancer during the pregnancy so that was more concentrated on. Younger brother was born 5 weeks premature, the military doctors wouldn't do the circumcision then, mother died 10 months later. When we got married, the boys weren't circumcised. So when my husband decided to get it done, both of them had to have cancerous skin lesions removed from them to begin with so they had to be put under anesthesia. Yes they cried when the bandages came off, yes it freaked me out. Would have I done it? No, they were too old. But it was my husband's call and I didn't quite a say so in that decision.

A few years later, my husband decided that the boys needed to be circumcised. I wasn't sure about that whole idea, but I deferred to his decision on it. I remember after the bandages had to be taken off, the boys were crying and screaming and I was severely upset about the whole situation.

Large groups of psychotherapists just started cackling and looking for new summer homes.

I heard them.

Your husband is ok with them having feet, right?

Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

He's letting them keep their feet, but he's not too happy about the toes. The middle ones just have to go.

Anyways, back to the OP from the whole debate thingy you all have going here...

That father needs to just grow up some and see that his kid DOES need it done so he wont be in pain anymore... that kid is suffering and is being jerked around by his parents. The courts should just take him away and get him the help he needs then place him in foster care with parents who WONT jerk him around.

Also... Sassy... we needed to know that WHY? And how does it pretain to this debate exactly... last I checked it wasn't about size >_>

Well if those are your statistics, you can't afford to lose anything that adds length to it Smiley: oyvey
