Only explanation I could think of is that the better drivers drive up front. Somehow, a 300lb dude on a I-forget-how-heavy bike, busting his *** at 40mph with a bunch of other bikers following would cause a really vivid domino effect.
Really, it's incredibly simple. Stay upright and go forward. Thats really all there is too it. Were not talking about F-16s engaged in some sort of intergalactic dogfight with space aliens for Venus. Where one wrong move will send you careening into certain disaster. There are less than half a dozen controls, most 10 year olds can drive a motorcycle. Sure, some bikers are better than others but lets not make it out to be rocket science or something.

I love motorcycles. Some people just don't care, so I tend to only ride with those I trust with my life to be able to manuever in case of idiot syndrome.
