A few months ago I was arrested for public intoxication. I just happened to be on 12 hits of acid. Well, I was sent to the hospital and that was that.

Fortunately the police decided to leave my hotel room alone and didnt get ahold of the remaining 14 hits of LSD, a two and a half foot glass on glass bong, 8 ativan, or my eighth of widow.

I went to my arraignment and didnt enter a plea. I simply asked to speak with a lawyer prior to entering a plea.

Fortunately, when i was drug tested at the hospital I only tested positive for THC. They drugged me up with ativan (in additition to the ativan i had already taken which they didnt know about) so it was expected. LSD is pretty much undetectable. It doesnt stay in your spine, hair, or anything like that and its so small a dosage (measured in UG, not even in Milligrams) a blood test can't detect it.

I told my lawyer of this fact. He informed the District Attorney of this and had the case dropped due to lack of evidence despite that there were no fewer than 12 police officers who were there to witness me tripping balls in the back of a police car.

So, you're a worthless junkie who managed to buck the system and continue on your inevitable path of self-destruction? Your mother must be so proud. Smiley: rolleyes

That's what I thought. I figured in this context I must be mistaken.

Interestingly enough, if you had ended up overdosing and died nobody would've missed you.

So are you continuing on your merry way or are you taking this as a close call and you're going to lead your life differently?

/nod

And sadly the only thing that he will accomplish that is even remotely close to Hunter S.Thompson, is a senseless death.

AH - I recommend that next time you take a hit of acid, you chug a liter of Diet Coke and then swallow whole an entire pack of Mentos. It really enhances the acid, it will be like an acid geyser.

he may or may not be, you cant judge that he is or isnt from his post. It would be like me posting here saying 'i got really drunk last night and woke up in a field!' and a bunch of holier than thous responding with 'i hope your liver rots, damned alchoholics'. There is a difference between recreation and addiction.
