Since I freak out if the least little thing is wrong with me, I envy your confidence about your health. I do not, however, envy you for having let it go this long.

Well if you couldn't pay for an emergency room visit I doubt you'll be able to afford a prosthetic leg.

Shame, really, I still have to do research on swinging a golf club with a fake leg. Anyone else up to it? Great way to lose some weight real quick!

Here's a test to see if you've fu[Blanchedalmond][/Blanchedalmond]cked up the nerves in your leg.

Lift your right foot off the ground and make clockwise circles with it.
In the air in front of you, draw counterclockwise circles with your right hand.

If you can't do that ZOMG! NERVE DAMAGE!

Free Clinic. Remember?

Free clinic. They're there to help you and your gangrenous toe.

Did we mention that your local free clinic is an option affordable to everyone?

Sassy have you tried going to a public hospital? At least at the hospital I work at we have a community clinic that provides cheap or free healthcare for those that need it.

Promise for pictures of the toe without the nail on it? (Pictures of pus, fragments of nail, infection, etc. would be nice too.)

Let flies lay eggs on your toe. The maggots will eat the infected tissue and save the toe.
