Also, I think we're missing part of the story here as well.

I payed for a 6 month subscription to EQ1 that was due up at the beginning of june, I decided that I did not want to renew the subscription and play EQ1 anymore, so I canceled my account and turned off the auto-renew on the subscription. Along comes june and a charge pops on the credit card statement for everquest 1, my dad calls and cancels the charge.
I'm actually going to give you some friendly advice here. If there is a legitimate billing mistake, try talking to the business before you go calling your credit card company to cancel the charge.

I dumped SoE years ago, and I'm a happier person for it.

If you have to mmo, play WoW.

Better yet, have a real life. It's better.

And yeah, this isn't a place for sympathy. They're actually being kind of nice to you.

WoW was so easy i lost interest in less than a fortnight.

I will be leaving EQ for another SoE billed game(not being made by them just using thier billing and distrobution network) Vangaurd Saga Of Hero's

oh and to the OP, did you get an email confirming the cancellation of your account? If not you're sh*t out of luck and in debt to the tune of $90, suck it up.

if you cancelled, you should have gotten an email confirmation, hopefully. use that as leverage that you shouldn't have gotten billed again in the first place.

also, i think you mean you are being blacklisted by SOE, since you can't get into anything they offer that you were previously able to, and which is (supposedly) independent of your EQ1 account
