I have a pure breed Chocolate York Cat that was abandoned at around 6 to 8 months old, after it had at least been pregnant once if not twice according to the vet, who took care her for 3 months before letting us adopted her.
Vet figure it has a breeder, who abandoned the cat, after hoping have more cats to sell from the prettiest little insane white and milk chocolate coloured cat you'll ever meet. Godiva was not a good mommy or patient, but she is great at stealing one's dinner.
