After skimming through the Boston thread, it seems that a few people are really interested in coming out to the Midwest next year. So, why don't we throw around a few dates, just to get a timeframe in mind.
Also, who all is interested in coming, besides those of us that live around these parts (Me, trickybeck, Flea'Jo, Frakkor, etc)?

I'm thinking a Cubs game where we all get sauced in the bleachers. And the Allafemmes wear bikini tops so the WGN cameras find them during breaks in the action.

Next year is good for me, too much going on this year. I have a trip tentatively scheduled for Ireland next August, so anytime prior to that would be ok. And coming from Colorado it wouldn't be too far.

I could probably make 2007, however my girlfriend has been turning on the screws for a trip down to Ottawa this summer for about 8 months now. So if I opt out and goto Allanois this summer instead, one of the ladies (or Tricky in a wig) better take me home with them because I won't be able to go back to Canada for safety reasons.

Well, I'll be here, so I suppose I can spare the time to have lunch or something, but I don't know anything well enough around here to be any real contribution. You can check with Joph, although he's no man-about-town, either. 
Given that all I have to do is show up, I'm leaving the date planning to you mofos.
Hopefully, you can decide on something earlier that April 16th, 2009 but far enough off that people can attempt to find enough couch change to attend.

Indeed I do -- the Chicago burbs. I'm spending some hefty dough for a trip to Europe in July. But if some of you will be around Chicago and expenses are minimal, I might be interested in meeting up with you.
