This guy raped a 11year old girl in 1991 and now two 17 year old girls. I mean for crist sake why the **** wouldn't you do a backround check on this man being a parent? o.O I find the stupidy of the parents really unbelievable.
Anyone else want to smack the parents? I mean classic signs here people...not really a freakin mystery.
