We mention we know there used to be someone here by the name of Baldisking and we talk about what we know about her.

Kao is requested to remove it.

Requesty is baldisking in a new form maybe?

Maybe baldisking is posting as an asylumite under a new name?

While it sounds like great fun to dig into someone's past, I say let it rest. As someone whose life has also been turned into board drama at some point, it's nice to see these things die down, and I respect the admins for their tactfulness even as I expect a total lack of it from everyone else.

Hope you're happy, Baldisking.

I'll drink to that!

Hell, I'd drink to most anything but I'd really drink to that.

thirded here!!

First round is on me... Patrone shots for all!!!

One last thing before I let it go. I PROMISE.

I just hope she doesnt feel that she'd be an outcast if she posted here. From what I remember she wasnt too shabby of a poster.

I'm done.

Grady came back awhile back. The last we heard from Mren is his Mom was dating this scarey crazy nut guy who stole his van. I'm thinking the scarey guy killed them both and hid the bodies.

Actually (and I could be inventing this in my head), I thought there was something after that about Mren moving away from there, to another state? Maybe Washington?

Much like me, they are really busy now. Lamp is getting married in August and is temporarily living with his soon to be inlaws. Chinto is getting married in July and is working all the time.

So many names I remember for the good-old-days, nice to see that you guys are sill around.

I see that Taco, Lamp, Chinto, and Aegis have quit or are out of the MMORG gaming scene for now. I'm just wondering how many others have quit over the years, that I missed, and why. For me it was the time demands of RL, mostly the job.

Funny how when you quit EQ, you still think about all the people that you once knew, and wonder how they are doing.

Apart from Sensue, Caddila and myself I think everyone from SoC/FoS has retired.

Wasn't mrens the one who moved, got a new job as a draftsman(?) and swore us all off?

Thundra posted recently didn't she? Wasn't she the one who drew the cartoons of various Assylum posters? It was nominated best thread one year...

Thundra is a man. Half of "The Banjo Playing Lesbians" drew the charicatures.

Okay - so there was another half - I vaguly recall that...was that person a sock puppet? Was it Tundra that Smash was always accusing of being a man? Or was it Katie? I just recall the line of reasoning was that basically no girl would be as stupid as a boy, ergo this person (I totally forget who) is a guy.

This I do not recall. The speculation that Thundra was a woman was a web of his making, like Totem is trying unsuccessfully to do with his blackness. The lesbians were just two muff divers who played EQ, one of whom could draw and make ok music.

Thanks. Now Moe's post makes so much sense.

reading comprehension > me

Merrikat rings a bell. Angua I don't reacll so much. Is it just the teary goodbye folks who keep coming back? Thinking back we do seem to have lost lots of folks, but they don't go out with a bang as I recall.

I don't know, it was sort of puzzling when the lesbos left. Something about relationships crumbling, etc. Personally, there are times I think we got the short end of the stick in the Flea/Skeeter break, and then there are times I still think she's a sock puppette and he will blast back one day with a "Ha!".

Merrikat was the one doing the drawing, Angua was posting them. Angua worked in a supermarket and did music gig setup on the side. Didn't they live in Athens, GA?

That extra -te at the end makes me feel so feminine!
