And you know what else pisses me off? Why do you have to add the name of a bloody country when naming a city. (Rome, Italy? Of course it's in Funting Italy FFS!) Worst examples I've seen include "Scotland, England" and "Copenhagen, Scandinavia"

Because every Bobdam state has a Rome, and an Ithaca, and an Athens. We get used to saying "Rome, Italy" to differentiate it from Rome, Georgia.
The "Scotland, England" one I can't explain, however.
