I'm not saying all younger students are slack-asses but there's a definite difference that you notice.
Well, it's like this kid in my driver's ed class.
The day of registration, they assigned our numbers. I had all but forgotten, and so I didn't arrive until just before they were about to close up.
So, I was second to last. And once I saw the kid who Was last, I wasn't suprised.
He came in asking for pencils and paper. He hadn't brought ANY of his own for the entire length of the program (20 days now)
He skipped two and a half days (cant miss more than three) just because he felt like it. He has half of his drive time to make up, has never done better than 80% on a test, and
failed a book test, where you can look in the blasted book. Now, the class costs about 225$, and isn't during the normal school day. He still doesn't realize why he should pay attention. "Why should I know all dis book **** as long as I can drive?"
