Yeah, a good game. We didn't too many stupid penalties and that helped us. Game 6 in Edmonton...can't wait.

Perhaps someone should let him know then, that the goal is to draw a GOOD player, a threat, into the box. Not just any old guy.

And yes, he's a sissy.

ya but he got a 7 minute pp for his team. as far as him being a sissy, well a friend of a friend kicked his *** 3 times in junior, so i guess he is a sissy :)

Oilers! FU[Darkcyan]CK YEAH![/Blue]

In case anyone hasn't been watching this year, the game is a lot different. GAA is far above the 03-04 stats. Thus, goals are pretty easy to come by. Goalie equipment is smaller. The trap is a thing of the past. The days of a goalie controlling a playoff series is going to be a rarity.

In yo face.

That was an upset. You'd better thank that goalie.

At least it was a Canadian team that won the Western Conference this time. Should make for a good Cup series.

Woot! A nailbiter to the end.

Anyone else notice that if Calgary wins tonight then all 3 NW division teams in the playoffs will advance and both central division teams will have been knocked out...

...just pointing out that little fact.

The Oil had to fight for that one, but we'll take it. We have Roloson to thank for sure. It was great to see Hemsky start contributing in the last 10 minutes of Game 6. And WTH is with Pisani? Awesome stuff, boys.

I watched my bolts get killed. Sad thing is, if they would have won game 5, I had tickets to game 6!!! Well, I guess New Jersey is a safe team to go for now. Btw, Neil is a big girl. I just love how he got an elbow to the face!

Triple frickin' overtime! I feel 10 years older today with the raspy voice, sore back and hangover.

Cheer Oilers!

This just in.

Into two minutes of the first OT period, Buffalo scored on a shorthanded goal. He swerved around the defenseman and deeked out the Ottawa netminder to knock the Sens out of the playoffs.

C'mon Edmonton, don't let us down.

I don't think anyone in their right mind will think Edmonton let anyone down if they were to lose.

why do canadians always want another canadian team to win the cup? why not push for a small market team thats fun to watch instead?

i cant see why an oiler fan would rather watch the leafs win the cup, than say the blackhawks.
