I've been seeing this same person for a while now.

About 5AM this morning I had the epiphany that I find her flaws as endearing as everything else I like about her. As tacky as it sounds (and feels), I think I'm really falling.

She even has some hangups that are simlar to my own; somehow the little guy that sits on my shoulder has become OK with this and is shoveling coal into the firebox at triple-time. Full steam ahead, who cares if the bridge ahead is out?

Ladies and gentlemen, if this were a show, I'd advise buying tickets. As yet, it's unannounced as to whether it's going to be a romance, a tragedy, a farce, or some combination of all three, but I can tell it's definitely going to be captivating, assuming of course that I survive the ride. Three red tickets in hand.

Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra; Moses in the desert. Desertion from the military in a time of war can be punishable by death, but desertion from a relationship in a time of conflict is considered to be a resolution of the conflict. Odd, that.

I laughed, I cried, I wish you luck. If it blows up in your face and you end up killing her, remember eating the body leaves no evidence Smiley: wink2

Oh my gnerd.

A friend of mine who is a therapist tossed out the hypothesis one time that an enduring romance depends in part on a successful meshing of neuroses. Best of luck and congratulations!
