It is odd.
Warlocks are the new "UBAR" class of WoW. Everyone is clammering for them. Which is cool, they are pretty *********
Hunters are the ugly red headed step child of the game that wipe raids and that no one wants. Which is a stereotype but all too often its a stereotype that is proved true.
I chose to play a Hunter when we made the Asylum guild because I had already played the "monster" Warlock on a PvP server and earned my chops there. So for this new alt I just wanted to be a PvE god on a PvE server. Much to my suprise I have found that a well played Hunter is more threatening in PvP than a MD warlock, also more useful in Instances. I am 10x more dangerous and useful with a Hunter than I ever was as a Lock which is say alot.
So I try proclaiming the absolute awesomeness of Hunters and who attacks me? The hunters themselves! Which is a shame, they are too foolish to realize the abilities they have and too busy whining and complaining for Blizzard to give them a "easy win" button to actually realize how amazing the class is. It is kind of boggling. If they think the class is so bunk/nerfed/useless then why the f'uck are they playing it?
