Bush and the Oil Cartels are bombing the pipelines!Follow

It's a conspiracy. Have you ever noticed that when a pipeline bombing or even an attempted bombing occurs, crude oil starts trading at a higher price? Also, the bombing always seem to happen just as the prices start coming down naturally.

It would not surprise me if the oil cartels and people with vested interest are paying some poor schmucks to attempt to bomb their own compaies.

Here is some supporting evidence.

Story

ABQAIQ, Saudi Arabia - Suicide bombers in explosives-laden cars attacked the world's largest oil processing facility Friday, but were prevented from breaking through the gates when guards opened fire on them, causing the vehicles to explode, officials said.

The Saudi oil minister said the blast "did not affect operations" at the Abqaiq facility, denying an earlier report on Al-Arabiya television that the flow of oil was halted briefly after a pipeline was damaged.

The facility "continued to operate normally. Export operations continued in full," the minister, Ali Naimi, said in a statement.

The price of oil jumped by more than $1.20 on world markets as they heard of the attack. The April delivery price of Nymex sweet light crude, the U.S. benchmark, rose $1.26 to $61.80. The European benchmark, Brent crude, leaped $1.21 to $61.75 for April delivery.

Coincidence? I think not.

We started a war to seize the oil, then bombed our own pipelines to make it more expensive to sell to us?

My head hurts.

Not quite, but close.

It was the people who have control over the oil, not the "we the people" people.

Oh, so not our people per-se, but just some people who are in control of our people who run our army (made of people) that's in another people's land fighting an interesting multi-faced war against all sorts of people. Those people also control the flow of oil which we sell to our people. Except it's more expensive.

Damn them, those people.

Exactly. Those people get to line their pockets in gold, while the rest of the people blame the people the rich people paid to bomb other people. Simple really.
