Rather than modestly making thoughtful replies to existing topics and slowly working your way into the forum's collective consciousness, you chose to jump out on stage and yell "Hey, look at me! I have nothing to say but I'm making a scene anyway!"

Not the best way to ingratiate yourself into a community.

Furthermore, you insult the perceived pointlessness of threads here, then go on to make a post which has nothing to do with the original topic, with terrible spelling and grammar to boot.

You're damn lucky that your "big words" don't require to spell said words, bc you ******* suck at spelling. Don't ever claim to outsmart people when you can't spell at an 8th grade level. Geez...

Why are "gay" and its variations used as derogatory terms? I'll tell you why.

Homosexuality is different. It's a far cry from the majority of the world's sexual standpoint and opinions. Strike One.

Males often believe that they are defined by their masculinity. Why do they feel this way? Daddy wasn't around, media influence, whatever. But that is the way we are. We are men; as such, we do manly things, chase women, and the like. So, anything that is totally contrary to that is very odd to us. Therefore, homosexuality becomes an insult, as it contradicts our very makeup. Strike Two.

On a personal note, most gay men that I have met act very feminine. I KNOW, NOT ALL DO. I KNOW, THAT IS A STEREOTYPE. But stereotypes exist for a reason: they are often true! Any man that acts like a woman is gross to most men, borderlining on offensive. Strike Three. (Yea, I know this is a personal opinion, so it doesn't really count as Strike Three. I don't care.)

You may flame me for this, and knowing this board, you probably will. However, I think that my words here are indicative of the view of most males in America.

What is with all this damn homophobia

Jigsaw puzzles. The piece with the thingy needs to go in the piece with the hole.

It's kindergarten science.

From a purely reproductive point of view, two males mating does not produce offspring and is therefore considered a deviation. Even in modern times two men cannot produce a baby. They'll have to adopt or get a woman to deliver the second piece of the puzzle.

Now, I don't mind homosexuals, not at all, but the people who dress up like prostitutes on crack, talk with a voice that reminds me of a snake and gesticulations that threaten to poke out my eye or rip off my shoulder, that bothers me. Those kind of people obviously have deeper issues than being attracted to their own sex.

Yeah, but to play the jigsaw puzzle metaphor again, you can't squeeze the pieces in place, they have to match.

Of course, most sex in human society and even much of the sex in the advanced portions of the animal kingdom takes place for reasons other than reproductive.

If mankind was six frogs in a box, our sex might all be reproductive and a deviation might make a difference. As it is, your point is technically correct but irrelevant.

If all of mankind were six frogs in a box, who would be there to open the box and collapse the wavefunction to determine whether everyone gets genital warts?
