Maybe the admins got tired of breaking the swear filter in other forums? I've noticed a plethera of instances of that lately.

Not only that, but my sig was messed up this morning - the closing tag had gone from [/i] to [./sm].
May not have been a deliberate nerf on the swear filter breakage, just something hinky with tags in general.
Edited to break the closing tag I was using to illustrate.... oh, never mind.
