The real problem might be that "The Asylum" link appears on the sidebar for FFXI and WoW, whereas it used to be buried in the "Forums..." page.

YES

also, on some of the skins the SandBox is the one that's buried, while the Asylum link is there like a big red shiny candy-like button.

It's like the forbidden fruit to post in the Asylum. Many enter, few remain. It's like the Thunderdome sans Tina Turner Smiley: jawdrop

I've always compared this place to the cargo holds of the old trans-Atlantic slavers, with people shouting to one another through their shackles in the darkness.

I quit FFXI on new years as a resolution. I've decided though, to post on these forums occasionally for the Hell of it.

But yeah, you can karma camp me if you feel so. These forums are nothing compared to those of SomethingAwful. Thinking I'll get a membership after I check my computer for keyloggers.

Anyways, just clarifying.

DSD, your avatar seems really familiar as a book cover from something I read years ago. What is it?

A wild pig once walked onto the beach of an island.

She was promptly killed by a savage tribe of English schoolboys.

Those kids had to hunt that boar, the boar didn't just happen upon the beach and get slaughtered.

As long as its head gets stuck to a pike, gets covered in flies and gives bad advice. Thats the most important part to me.

But I do agree, the hunt has it's special details too.

Can I be your Post Pal?

Dear Nephthys

I live in the USA. We get snow in winter. My only pet is my husband. I like him alot. I make my two sisters get in fights and then my parents yell at them while I laugh under my blanket.

How far have you gone? 1st, 2nd, 3rd........4th?!?!?!

(I think I went all the way once, but I'm not sure if it counted.)

Your Asylum Posting Pal,
Elinda
