Hail to the bus driver,
Bus driver, bus driver,
Hail to the bus driver,
Bus driver man.
He pisses and cusses and wrecks all the buses,
Hail to the bus driver,
Bus driver man.

How do people honestly think they can get away with this crap? Smiley: oyvey

Unless she pulled a gun or something and demanded him to go through whatever caused him to detour in the first place, this was sooooo totally uncalled for.

I wonder if she bounced, and if so, how many times?

One thing you have to recognize when dealing with a bus driver. They are bottom of the barrel and in the job because of poor social skills, they also have nothing left to lose.

The same reason you don't fuck with carnies.

When someone has a job shoveling **** it's usually a bad idea to tell them they're shoveling it to the wrong area I suppose.

I somewhat wonder how many people really ride the bus in some areas though, much of public transportation generally seems poorly done and scarcely used(relative to the population of the area it's for), but I suppose it could be the general malaise of it all that would get to someone.

Reminds me of someone I knew who was playing basketball when a few people came by and got to basically pushing him around so he'd leave the court to them. He ended up going to his car to grab his handgun from his glove compartment, he was fairly close to just killing them all over a stupid basketball court.

Seems like common courtesy just isn't so common a thing.

edit: removed idiotic content to make way for the intended meaning of just giving you a standpoint of someone from there....

Being that I lived there, it doesn't surprise me... with SEPTA, you gotta just get on that darn bus, sit down, and shut up.

The rest of the article made it quite clear he didn't and won't get away with it:

Quote:
The 52-year-old woman, who was not identified, suffered a broken shoulder.

Bus driver Mario Edney, 53, was arraigned Thursday on aggravated assault and other charges, said Officer Jillian Russell, a police spokeswoman. He was being held on $2,000 bail.

Edney said he had to skip the woman's stop Wednesday morning because of a detour, police said.

Transit officials intend to fire Edney, who has been suspended without pay, following a hearing, said Richard Maloney, a spokesman for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.

Lady thinks: "F*cking incompetent(probably black) bus driver. How hard is it to drive a f*cking bus and stop it when needed."

Driver thinks: "F*cking lady. Yelling at me, driving her as* around? Who the f*ck does she think she is. Is this job not sh*tty enough already? Eat pole. B*tch"

whats up with that "probably black" i dunno but to me that just came out racist like he's probably black cause he doesnt have the best job in the world and cause he flipped out on the woman, and on top of that his name is Mario so most likely he isnt black but who knows and who cares?

Wow, the politicaly correct movement strike again. God damn people are sensitive.

Look, maybe i'm wrong, but the way I see it, Minimagi was displaying what the lady was thinking, and was trying to portray the -lady- as racist. Or something along that line.
