I wish I could go but I believe that weekend I'll be at meeting of BSFS and preparing for Balticon40.

Plus money not spent in going to Boston, can be spent at the Artshow and RIF auction.

It will be on Boston in April, but will have moved on to Chicago by the time we're there (May). On one hand, this is a shame, because I would like to see it, but on the other, I can't really afford it anyway so it's nice not to have the temptation.

Ditto. The hotel reservation is about $266 for both nights if I choose to just pay over there instead of upfront.

I see me just paying online upfront and saying ***** it. It's $113 a night upfront instead of $133 a night and that extra $40 could be used for souvenirs. Yes, I'm one of THOSE people.

Right, but it's nonrefundable. I'm perhaps overly cautious, but nonrefundable makes me nervous.

I have it on good authority that splitting a room with DSD is less sexy than one would hope. It involves a line down the centre of a room and her confiscating all pillows and couch cushions in order to build a fort in which to properly protect her "half".

Sounds like a good reason to declare war using the complimentary shampoo bottles and water balloons.

You tie those things with a hair elastic after filling them with water and they make a really good water bomb

We're hijacking some of the admins from Allakhazam and starting our own boards in Boston. And no, you aren't allowed to post there either.

It'd be best if you waited until after we get him thouroughly sauced before giving him a solid mollywhoppin'. Shouldn't take long, rumor has it DSD has drank him under the table on at least one occasion.

Nexa, could you be a dear and find out what I did with the hotel info I posted some time ago? I've looked all over for it on the Myspace threads and can't seem to locate it anywhere. Maybe you remember where I put it?

I'm not sure I know what you mean. The only thread I see as started by you is the names thread. Did you post something in a bulletin? Because those expire after 10 days.

What kind of info are you looking for, maybe I can help?
