Video Game DocumentaryFollow

Hello!

My name is Giovanni Paola – I am a Master’s student in journalism at The University of Western Ontario, in London, Ontario.

I am currently producing a documentary for A-Channel News (CHUM TV) on the legitimacy of video game addiction (whether or not it is legitimate). The documentary is set to air in April on the Southwestern Ontario CHUM TV affiliated stations. There have been several articles written in recent months on this subject.

For the feature, I need someone who considers themselves an "addict." Here are a few symptoms: craving more time playing games, neglecting family and friends, feeling restless when not playing video games, interference with school and/or work, changes in sleep patterns, withdrawal from other hobbies and social interactions.


Please let me know if you fit this description (or parts of it) and if you are interested in appearing in the documentary – it would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to drive to your city, so long that it is within a 3-4 hour radius of London.

Well, he's only a couple hours away from me. Perhaps if he takes part in my study of how many small woodland creatures will fit in a human **** before it reaches the critical point, I might allow him an interview.

You theorize that he will be able to handle more or less woodland creatures based on that statement? I think you're just seeing the green eyed monster again.

Oh if anyone is really intrepid G. Paola can be found in the online directory of the Canadian white pages. He is in Oakville just a kilometer or two from the UWO.


(Perhaps if one wanted to post an inflammatory thread on that white hate board we were linked to a couple weeks ago and drop the guys email/name/phone number and dare them to respond)
