I thought 'off the wagon' meant 'back to drinking'. I thought the wagon was sobriety. I see it used both ways though
So, what I mean to say is one of the following:
* Congrats on your sobriety!
* I'm sorry to hear that, being sober sucks!
* Congrats on being a drunk!
* I'm sorry to hear that, being drunk sucks!
Which one is it?
