Wadda expect, played WoW for 7 hours today, 5 of which was Alliance with whinny 10 year old kids. I lost my mind after losing a game of capture the flag. My mind hasn't been the same since.

I have gotten really good at loosing weight, I just can't seem to keep it off, hehe. I have lost the same 25-40 pounds over and over in the past few years. Anyway, I generally do it eating salad, salad, and maybe a little salad...a rather boring diet. Then I will run out and eat lots of fat for a day, go back to salads, and suddenly I loose a few more pounds. I like to think of it as "starvation mode." My body is storing stuff because I am eating no fat, then suddenly I eat some and it decides that I don't need to store it anymore. This is just a theory, obviously.
A depressing thing that happened was that I quit smoking for a few months, and was dieting at the same time. I got stuck for about a month at the same darn weight (which is very unlike my dieting habits). One weekend I became quite weak-minded and picked up my cigarette habit again. I promptly lost 10 pounds, that same week. Cigarettes are the devil.
I hate when you hit a weight you just can't get passed... It sucks because its so discouraging.

It works when you're going the other way too.
I was stuck at about 125-130 lbs for about two, two and a half months. I was working out a lot, but still didn't gain anything (well, I did gain strength, just not mass). Then all of the sudden I've put on ~15 lbs in less than a month. I don't get it. I didn't change anything, it just happened.
