How's the typing sans 2 less fingers? You moved, still near Silver Springs or a completely different region now?

Edit, I'm thinking it's a good thing I'm at work and am missing this.

Well, it's about as antagonistic an audience as I've ever seen on the other side of the aisle. When Bush mentioned Iraq and the 'abuse' of human embryos, the camera would pan out to show that the Dems all stayed seated. At one point, Hilary was laughing at him when he mentioned that we couldn't sit around and wait for another hit, and then she looked like she wanted to cut him when he mentioned that both he and Clinton would turn 60 that year.
Favorite moment? When the Dems gave a standing ovation to Bush's comment that he hadn't passed his Social Security measure.

As for the speech itself, all in all pretty much what I expected. Waitng for the Warner response now.

I hate how he reads the teleprompter, and he doesn't even try to hide it.

Bill Clinton could wing a whole State of the Union address if his teleprompter broke. What would Bush do?

Sounds ducky Kel. I had to work four doubleshifts last week because another field rep walked out. So now I'm covering three field rep's areas(including my own) So now I have to go visit garages up in Lockport, NY sometime this month. On top of having to go to Chillicothe, OH and Elkins, WV to deal with existing garage issues. At least the bastards gave me a company car, although it's a cavalier with bright AAA letters on the door.

He always makes me think of Ron Burgundy when he's really obvious about it. I'm waiting for the question mark..."I'm President George W. Bush?" haha

a few things about Bush's speaking habits I've noticed.

He always looks like he's staring into the sun.

He sounds like he's explaining it more to himself than the audience.

Right after he actally get's a succesfuly uttered line out, he gets this smug, self-approving look on his face followed by the notorious head-bobbing and stupid grin. (mix this with the "sun-squint" and it's great comedy)

He doesn't accentuate certain syllables properly, downgrading the message.

If he get's a question that he doesn't like, he acts insulted and his replies are overy defensive.

It's all ********

It's all ********

It's all ********

My personal Bush faux paus was when he said that our troops were fighting vociferously.

Point taken. But on the upside, at least there is a discernable message.

Hey, by this time next year I'll have sold my book and traveling the Carribean on my custom built 18th century fast galleon replica. By that time me and my voluptuous 21 year old super-genius fiance will have devised a way to improve the quality of life in several 3rd world countries.

After we invent the first light-powered hover car, we will travel the country spreading messages of positivity to all!! We will fly around all of the cities of America and give $1000 to every homeless person we meet and donate a few $1000 to the worst schools.

It will be a good year.

Get the message?
