Who watches this crap? I swear that is that actual title of a 30 minute program on cable I just flicked past while looking for something to watch.

Most programming, I understand the target audience even if I'm not part of it. But Yoga Booty Ballet? I reiterate: Who watches this crap?

I think Cinemax after dark targets that audience...

Hell, I don't know. It was below HBO but above the History channel, which narrows the range to around 90 channels. I've only had Brighthouse for about 3 weeks and I've been workin g a lot of long days, so I'm only familar with a few channel numbers so far.

When MTV was in its first year or so, they had this aerobic program. It was a hot chick in tights dancing in a white backround. It helped pull me through puberty.
