If (If!) you were with UNAMIR, you shouldn't be wearing that as a badge of pride. None of the agencies who were 'officially' there
did anything other than 'tut tut' under their breath and send bland reports back to Langley or the FCO that omitted certain technicalities like massed machete executions and tactical rape.
