So February is bearing down on us and I'm curious. How many of you have kept up with your resolutions even this far into the new year? Who's stuck with it? Who gave up January 2nd? Chop chop! Make with the posting.
I didn't really have a resolution 
I don't bother making any. When are you coming up my way Katie, I have a nice Motel 6 room ready and waiting. 
I tried to keep mine. Be a better boyfriend to my girlfriend, and lose weight. Well I lost weight, about 10 lbs, (yay now 165) but I haven't seen my gf since New Years Day.

I still smoke the occasional cig when I drink, although I have cut down enough to not have cravings when booze isn't in the pic. I have not lost a bob damned pound.

My resolution was to do my morning workout before allowing myself to become stoned. The second week of January I reverted to doing bong curls for breakfast.

Actually if you must know, I have been sick for 3 weeks due to a huge overload of stress and she lives 30 miles away and is in HighSchool. But meh, I'm done. **** it.

Just so you know, you can hit 'Reply To This' at the top of a post and then, when you get into the screen to type your post, hit 'Quote Original' and it will auto-paste the quote stuff in there for you all purty. It will even do the nested ones.
Just trying to help since it appears you did not know this. Either that or you like doing it the hard way.

When I was dating the lovely lady who would become my wife, her driveway was around a 15 minute drive just on its own. No joke.

I drive, since our accident in August, got hit by a drunk driver, long sad story, she can't drive because she can't see one object. So I drive, and I drive fast and it takes an hour. If her parents drove it take 1 hour and 15 minuets.

My old college girlfriend was over an hour's drive each way when we were at home. Still managed to see her at least once a week.

I can make the drive, I just right now can't see her until I see a doctor. Her parents made it a rule, that when I'm sick I need to see a doctor so my gf doesn't get sick and miss school. Well this is hard when I don't have Health Insurance. I'm the only one in my family. 11 months til I get insurance from work. Woohoo?

I could do that, I would love to do that. In fact, that's how it went in the past. But now that I was sick for 3 weeks, I can't see her anymore. Read earlier post for reason.

on the quoting. The answer to this one is obvious. Catch the parents out somewhere by themselves and let them catch your illness. If it is a tough one to catch, you might have to make out with her mom to be sure that she becomes ill. After they are sick, they will have no choice but to go home and expose the daughter as well. Once she is exposed, there is no reason for you to stay away.
Time to start stalking the parents I'd say.
Maybe it's time you found a "big girl" girlfriend whose parents don't quarantine her when you have the sniffles.
And, honestly, changing your "too hard to see her" story from drive length to "they won't let me see her if I'm sick" once people ride your *** about driving 30 miles isn't convincing anyone.
