Who the fu[b][/b]ck thinks this **** is funny? and WHY!?
was funny like 2 years ago, not anymore that I know of.
I can honestly say I have no idea what your refering to.
I think it just grows on you. The first time I saw it I thought it was lame. But after, the song just gets stuck in your head and you find yourself at random times thinking it in your head. Next time you see it a small smile crosses your face and soon you just giggle when you see it.
You spelled "who" and "why" right. Are you ok?
It's not funny...it's annoying, it was created to annoy people.

yeah, there's several others too that everyone seems to get the biggest kick out of.... and to me it just seems like people are scraping the bottom of the humour barrel.

but it's a big internet, surely there are plenty of things ot there that are actually funny. The fact that this particular piece of 'work' seems to have tickled the fancy of so many people makes baby Jesus cry.
I'm pretty sure the majority of what goes up on Weebls site is meant to be enjoyed while in an altered state of conciousness.
