speaking of niobia, I might as well remove the block on her to the asylum, since all the crazy people are in here anyway.
Plus, having that in there is a extra check any time anyone views any forum page, which fundamentally bothers me (even though it takes absolutely minamal cpu time)
(also not that I'm bothered by the cpu time it takes to set me to Noodles)
